Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Your order will ship as soon as we can process it, usually within one business day.
You will receive tracking information with estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you choose.
Shipping rates are based on order value:
$9.95 for orders up to $99
FREE for orders over $99
Free in store pickup is also available at checkout.
Returns:
You may return an item in unopened condition (no torn boxes) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges.
Note: Open packages of bodycare and perfume cannot be returned.
If a return is a result of an incorrect or defective item shipped, we will refund in full and send you a shipping label for returning the item to us.
Please contact us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond as quickly as possible with a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order.
